If, during maintenance, it is determined that a machine requires repairs, this will be immediately communicated to the client. Depending on the urgency, a decision will be made regarding when the repair should take place. In this case, the continuity of the client’s operations is the determining factor.

Before proceeding with the repair, an accurate estimate of the expected costs will be provided. This quote is binding. In cases where the hours or parts cannot be precisely estimated, this will also be specified in the quote.

If the quote is approved, the machine repair will be detailed in a service report, which the client will sign for approval. The service report will include the worked hours and the parts used to repair the machine. This service report serves as the basis for invoicing. To facilitate client verification, a copy of the signed service report will be included with the invoice.
