Project Overview
We successfully completed the overhaul and integration of a BEWO FCH+DB+Wasser cutting line, delivering a fully integrated production solution tailored to the customer’s operational requirements and investment budget.
Prior to the customer’s involvement, our team had already refurbished the BEWO FCH+DB cutting line according to our own technical assessment and engineering standards, focusing on restoring its functionality and operational reliability.
When the customer expressed the need to incorporate an additional washing system, we identified a suitable pre-owned washing machine from our existing inventory and integrated it into the cutting line.
Customized Machinery Overhaul and Integration
The project combined machinery refurbishment with the integration of additional equipment to meet the customer’s specific production requirements.
Working closely with the customer, we aligned our technical recommendations with their operational objectives and investment budget. This approach enabled us to deliver a customized solution while making effective use of existing machinery and available resources.
By integrating the washing machine into the refurbished cutting line, we created a more complete production system without requiring an entirely new installation.
Production Performance: Over 1,000 Products per Hour
Following the overhaul and system integration, the cutting line demonstrated a production capacity of more than 1,000 products per hour, as shown in the project video.
